Overall very good to work with. He was excellent at meeting appointments and following on each location. The only negative was the absence of a check list for the buyer, seller, lawyers and closing documentation that from the closing agents. Way too many texts and calls to the golf people, and too many things for the buyers not to have what is “really” required.

We had a great experience with Jim Mayer. We actually met him when we stopped at a random open house when we first considered renting in Naples. Jim is an expert in the area and really helped us zone in on the right home that worked for us. We saw plenty of homes that fit what we were looking for so Jim was always spot on in that regard. Very prompt follow up. Always available when we needed him. He really went to bat for us negotiating the terms of our deal. We are now very happy Naples homeowners. Highly recommend Jim Mayer!

Jim did a terrific job showing us properties that met our list of needs and wants with no wasted time visiting properties that were not a good fit for us.
